AfriHEP USA is a Houston-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to strengthening African diaspora families and communities through practical education, empowerment, and support.
AfriHEP began with strong roots in health education, emergency preparedness, and humanitarian impact connected to Ghana. Over time, that work revealed a broader opportunity: to actively serve diaspora communities in the United States while continuing to extend meaningful programs to Ghana.
Today, AfriHEP USA is growing into a platform that combines health and safety education, mentorship, community talks, family support, and youth development under one mission-driven umbrella.
