AfriHEP USA exists to strengthen families and communities through education, mentorship, health readiness, leadership development, and compassionate support — beginning in Houston and Dallas, with extended impact in Ghana.
AfriHEP USA is a Houston-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to strengthening African diaspora families and communities through practical education, empowerment, and support.
AfriHEP began with strong roots in health education, emergency preparedness, and humanitarian impact connected to Ghana. Over time, that work revealed a broader opportunity: to actively serve diaspora communities in the United States while continuing to extend meaningful programs to Ghana.
Today, AfriHEP USA is growing into a platform that combines health and safety education, mentorship, community talks, family support, and youth development under one mission-driven umbrella.
To equip African diaspora families and communities with practical education, health readiness, mentorship, leadership development, and support systems that strengthen lives in the United States and extend meaningful impact to Ghana.
To become a trusted household name in the African diaspora for community empowerment, emergency readiness, youth development, and compassionate support.
AfriHEP USA currently operates through active community presence in Houston and Dallas, with Ghana as an extended program arm.
AfriHEP USA is no longer being positioned only as a support base for Ghana operations. We are actively serving diaspora communities here in the United States through visible programs, trusted partnerships, and practical community support.
That shift allows AfriHEP to be useful where we live and lead, while strengthening our ability to extend impact back to Ghana from a stronger foundation.
We believe African diaspora communities need more than inspiration alone. They need trusted support, practical knowledge, stronger families, prepared leaders, and meaningful opportunities to grow.
AfriHEP USA exists to help our communities live safer, grow stronger, lead with confidence, and remain connected to impact both USA and Africa.
