TRIBUTE GIVING
Give in honor, memory or celebration of a Love one by helping someone in Need
Many people in Africa, especially those outside the health profession, have no awareness and skill about first aid techniques such as CPR, choking intervention, management of snake bites and a lot more. The negative outcome is that, people needlessly die due to lack of first aid intervention which has proven to increase the chance of survival.
Secondly, emergency response systems are usually limited and fragmented. Sick people cannot be properly stabilized on site and transferred to hospital on time and, if they are lucky to be transported to the hospital, they are faced sometimes with shortage of oxygen if needed and in some places, they may not even get a hospital bed to receive the care that they need. There have been a lot of witnessed and documented cases where patients have died sleeping on the hospital floor or due to lack of oxygen in some West African countries. See our Solutions
No matter where you are in the world, professional medical help may not be immediately available if you need it in an emergency. Every second and minute count when there is health crisis. In most situations, either family or strangers are the first to witness an accident or emergency. Hence, first aid is usually performed by strangers or family before medical professionals arrive.

AFriHeP MAKES +IMPACT
We’re changing the lives of thousands of adults, children and families through our direct services and partnerships with local organizations and agencies in West Africa. We have currently started from Ghana and will expand our presence to other countries in the future. Our work is to increase CPR awareness, offer first Aid services and train as many people as we can in our affiliate schools, churches and communities. AFriHep also concentrates on providing hospital beds, oxygen supply and food to our affiliated orphanages. We also occasionally use our AFriHep Angels from abroad and the local branches to screen for hypertension
